#Stuffing is prepared using mint, coriander, giner, garlic, green chilli, pepper, lemon and salt
#Smear the stuffing on the fish
#wrap the fish in a banana leaf
#Boil enough water in a deep vessel or idli maker. Place the fish over a boiling water. Make sure that the water should be boiling.
#Cover it and steam it for 7 to 8 minutes.
