San Choi Bao – Pork Mince lettuce Cup (Healthy & easy to make delicious meal)

My version of San Choi Bao Recipe
– Simple, Delicious & Healthy meal

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (any oil is fine)
3 garlic cloves
½ large white Onion
1 medium size carrot
2 large button cup mushrooms
1 long red chili
1 lettuce iceberg
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
230g water chestnuts
50g Vermicelli Noodles
500g lean pork minced
Salt & pepper to season
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (optional)
