3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1 Pork Loin trimmed of fat cubed.
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
4 cloves of minced Garlic
1 cup light coconut milk
1/2 tblsp of Macademia Nut Oil
1 tblsp of Sriracha
