How to make low fat fish and chips

I altered the conventional way of preparing fish & chips so that we will be able to eat more of it more often.

Ingredients based on the recipe shown:

10 oz of white potato wedges

1 tsp cajun seasoning

9 oz pollock fillets

3 tbsp egg whites + (salt, garlic powder, pepper)

28 grams of Panko bread crumbs

Tartar sauce:

1 tbsp light mayonnaise

1 tsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tbsp sweet relish
