Healthy Dark Chocolate Strawberry Truffles

Angel Cake
1 box of angel food cake
Whipped cream of choice
Fruit of choice for toppings

Follow cake box directions, but bake the cupcakes for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.

Fruit Tarts
Wonton Wrappers or Phyllo Dough
Vanilla Greek Yogurt or Sugar Free Pudding
Fruits of choice for toppings

Bake phyllo dough according to instructions. If using wonton wrappers, place two sheets in a criss cross pattern in a cupcake pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Place 1 tbsp of greek yogurt or filling in the cup and top off with your fruits of choice!
