have dinner by 6.30 pm
have turmeric tea at bedtime.
try to sleep at 10.30 pm as sleep is a big factor in dealing with hormonal issues and weight loss.
If taking thyroid medicine, have it first thing in the morning ie as soon as you wake up (keeping it near your bedside is a good option, so that you can have as soon as you wake up). After 40 mins (1 hour would be ideal) have soaked almonds. Thyroid meds take longer time to be absorbed.
Raw radish does have goitrogens, however, you can eat them after being cooked, as then there goitrogenic compounds are inactivated. Do not restrict a food group, consume a variety of vegetables and fruits.
Do not have apple cider vinegar in the morning along with your thyroid meds. A gap of 3 hours is ideal between acv and thyroid meds.
If going for walk in the eve, have your dinner and then go and once back home have turmeric tea.
This is a refined sugar and refined oil free meal plan.
Use curd which is set at home, avoid store bought curd.
