🌞Low Calorie Homemade Bran Flake Cereal (vegan + sugar free!) 🌞
This cereal is crunchy and way better for you than store-bought. It only takes a few ingredients and an oven! You could leave out the sweetener if you desire. To make raisin bran add 1 tsp of raisins (11 cals) to the cereal. The total will be 64 calories (without milk). Very good for breakfast!
