    I am having an issue and I wonder if you encountered this when you began eating like a nutritarian. I have been eating this way for 3 weeks for general health, weightloss, and GERD/gastritis.

    I do not usually get acne other than the occasional pimple related to my cycle. I am breaking out worse than ever and even on my chest! I have never had any blemishes anywhere but my face my entire life. Do you or any other nutritarians reading this know if this is common?
