I finally decided to put my curry obsession to good use and make my own vegan tikka masala recipe instead of just eating others’ curries XD this tastes so good and I know you’ll enjoy it as well! I served my curry with one packet of shirataki fettuccine noodles.
– To make the recipe Paleo, omit the tofu and sub for more vegetables or chicken, steak, pork, or seafood.
– Feel free to sub the vegetables with anything you’d like–eggplant, spinach, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, pineapple, tomatoes, and many more!
– For a creamier version, use full fat coconut milk or more tomato paste instead of vegetable broth.
