( * ′ □`)ゞ♡ 料理の動画出してるのはただ自分の好きな料理をみんなさんに教えたいからです!間違いあるかもしれませんが許してね♡ ヘルシー、簡単に作れる、時間もそんなにかかりません♪♪(〃´∀`)ノ 辛そうにみえるんでそけどパプリカはそんなに辛くないです!辛いのは好きな方はもっとカイエンペッパー入れてくださいね〜 ✿お花見やピクニックにももっていきます♪ ✧栄養成分でダイエットに適しています。ダイエットしてる方にもおすすめです!*・°(○´ω`○)ノ ♬ 材料 1箱/1ボウル(一人) ・鶏むね肉(270g) ・玉ねぎ (1個) ・アボカド(1個) ・パプリカ(大さじ2ー適量) ・カイエンペッパー(少々) ・ブラックペッパー(少々) ✧レモンかライムの絞り汁(大さじ2ー適量 **お好きな方使ってください) ✧レタス(色合いのため) ✧塩(濃い味好きな方塩を入れてください) ✧オリーブオイル(普通の油でも大丈夫ですけどオリーブオイルおすすめです) ♬ 手順 1. 鶏肉の皮と骨を外して、そして鶏肉を小さく切っていきます。鶏肉をよく洗って水を切ります。洗ったあとにパプリカとカイエンペッパーを入れてよく混ぜます。 2. 暖かくなったフライパンにオリーブオイルを入れて鶏肉を炒めます。色変わってきたら火を強くして、鶏肉がカラカラになるまでよく混ぜて取り出します。 3. 玉ねぎ細かく切ります。アボカドも小さく切ります。レモンかライムお好きな方切って最後に絞り汁を使います。 ✧ 4. レタスを好きな人色合いよくするため使っても大丈夫です。レタスをよく洗って水を切ります。 5. アレンジします。レタスを綺麗に敷きます。そして、鶏肉を入れます。切った玉ねぎとアボカドも綺麗に入れます。 6. 味付けのため少しだけブラックペッパーを入れます。濃い味好きな方塩を入れてください。最後にレモンかライムの絞り汁を入れます。 ツイッター : www.twitter.com/zyrozero インスタグラム : www.instagram.com/xxzyro ご視聴ありがとうございました! ———– This is the first time I’m uploading a cooking video so if there is any mistakes
