Summer Cookouts Made Healthy – Protein Hamburger Buns Recipe (Low carb & Sugar Free)


We like protein buns and we cannot lie! These protein hamburger buns are high in protein, easy-to-make, delicious and perfect for summer cookouts.

Protein Treats uses Nutracelle Protein Powder with Prebiotic Fiber because it’s ideal for baking –

INGREDIENTS:
2 Scoops | Natural Nutralean
1/3 Cup | Coconut Flour
1 TSP | Baking Powder
1/2 TSP | Salt
1 TSP | Garlic
1/4 Cup | Butter (melted and then room temp)
4 LG | Eggs
1 Cup | Sharp Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat Oven to 350

Mix dry ingredients together
Add cheese to dry ingredients (coat well)
Whisk eggs and butter together
Add liquid to dry
Mix well until dough-like consistency

Spray pan with olive oil
Place and flatten on bun pan, cookie sheet or muffin tin
Bake for 10-12 minutes
