  • Tomatoes and cucumber are extremely low in calories and high in water… try them as a snack

  • If you think you will be hungry with just this, I like to have some additional veges with it like green beans or broccoli, really good.

  • hi, sorry to hear you're going crazy from hunger….try having an apple between lunch and dinner..that should take the edge off….water…lots of water….please keep in mind that if you want to lose weight you have to limit the amount of calories you take in…believe me, if you just starting out then it takes a little time to get used to less calories…remember, you didn't gain weight in one day. you won't lose it in one day either but if you stick to it YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOSE THE WEIGHT.

  • well i only ever eat one of these but if you were still hungry you could easily add a nice fresh salad to this topped with low calorie dressing and that would surely satisfy you if you were still hungry…..thanks for the comment.

  • dont you need 2 or 3 of them ? it looks good but if u r hungry its not gonna help much ?
