Recipe: Healthy Beef and Kimchi


Here is a Tasty & Healthy Beef and Kimchi Recipe!

Ingredients

5 Garlic chopped
4 Small baby red onion
1 Pc Kohlrabi (Seasoned with Montreal chicken spice if you choose)
1 Small head purple cauliflower
½ Cup tomato puree
¾ Cup Kimchi
½ CupParsley
2 Tablespoon ginger (match stick)
½ Tablespoon thyme
¼ Scotch bonnet sliced
Water or stock (as needed)
2 tablespoon EVO
Kosher Salt TT
Cracked black pepper TT

1 ½ Pound top sirloin (or any tender beef cut)
2 Tablespoon EVO
Kosher salt TT
Cracked black pepper TT
1 Tablespoon parsley
1 ½ Tablespoon Basil
1 Teaspoon Thyme

  1. Looks delicious! By the way, I don't know how people say it in Canada, but here in the US, when we say "Herbs" the H is silent, so we say Erbs basically. Maybe its a Canadian thing. I noticed you always introduce new vegetables I never seen before , like the celery thing and the purple cauliflower.
