Our Favourite Make-Ahead Breakfast | Quick, Easy and Healthy

AHOY! We bring to you a quick and easy recipe that you can cook up and then eat for breakfast every day (4eva). Enjoy!

3 tbsp chia seeds
2.5 cups of steel cut oats
2 cups plant milk (we use coconut)
3 cups water
2 tbsp flaxseed
6-8 pitted medjool dates
3-4 plums, 2 apples, 1 cups frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of coconut
3-4 tsp of cinnamon (depending on how strong your cinnamon is)
1 tsp allspice (optional)

Take about half a cup of your plant milk to soak your chia seeds in. In a large bowl mix steel cut oats, milk, water, soaked chia seeds, flaxseed until well combined. Add chopped fruit, nuts and seeds, coconut and cinnamon, and mix again. Slop it all into a baking dish and bake at 175˚C for 45-65 mins. Cover halfway through with foil so that the top doesn’t burn. Have for breakfast everyday for the rest of your life.
