My 21 Day Fix Meal Prep

Starting my 21dayfix program from BeachBody with a week’s worth of meal prep. I’ll take you through preparing enough healthy food for 5 meals a day (3 large with 2 snacks).

  1. After this fast, I hope you won't be going back to cooking with half a cup of palm oil. It all goes straight to your hips, stomach and arms however yummy it is. 😅😂😅
