Indian Weekly Meal Planning (Part2) || Meal Plan : Tips And Pre Preparation Ideas


In this video I have share Indian meal planning and have shown how to do pre preparation ideas and given tips for the meal plan. Meal planning is very important is today’s world as it let us to save money and time. Meal planning are best for the working couples .In this video I have shown some meal planning tips and have shared how to chop and store veggie in the refrigerator.I have prepared some tomato chutney also which can be stored in the refrigerator and have it with roti or paratha.I have given some tips of how to keep the herbs fresh in the refrigerator as we don’t want to waste anything .Meal planning helps us a lot in leading a healthy lifestyle as we are prepared for the week and we know what are the food we are having.It can also help you in your weight loss plan and also to maintain a healthy diet.

I have prepared some garam masala and some tomato chutney .The recipes are as below:

Garam Masala

2 tea spoon Cardamom
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon cloves
Dry roast all the things.Let it set cool and grind it.

Tomato Chutney
2 tomato
3 green chilly
Some Clintro leaves
Fenugreek seeds

heat oil in a pan and gice the methi seeds.Once it crackles give the tomato and the green chiili and add some salt and tumeric powder and cover it with a lid. Once the tomato is soft add the corinder leaves and keep for sometime in low flame .
