Here’s a healthy low carb meal, Sesame Chicken And Veggie Stir Fry.

Ingredients – Here’s what you will need:

1. 1 big chicken breast, cut into strips (a little more than half a lb)
2. 1 small red bell pepper cut into strips
3. 1 small green bell pepper cut into strips
4. 1 cup of oyster mushrooms
5. 1 to 2 tablespoons soya oil
6. 2 to 3 thin slices ginger
7. 1 small red onion chopped
8. Sesame seeds for garnish
9. 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
10.1 tablespoon sesame oil

Now, let’s cook……………..

1. In a pan over a medium to high heat, add the oil and red onion

2. Follow with the ginger and wait until fragrant

3. Add the chicken and spread out

4. Once the chicken is no longer pink, add the soy sauce and wait until it is absorbed

5. Add the oyster mushrooms, red bell peppers and green bell peppers

6. Stir together and allow to cook for 2 minutes

7. Pour in the sesame oil

8. Stir together for another minute or so or until the peppers are cooked but still crunchy

9. Transfer to a plate

10. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds. serves 1 to 2. Now enjoy
