  2. Just finished eating this for lunch for the fourth day in a row! Seriously your meal preps are so flavorful I actually look forward to eating them over and over lol. I would love to see more protein variety in your meal preps though. I try to stick to a mostly paleo diet. I know they say variety in your diet is important. I would love to see what you could do with lamb, different fish, liver etc. !!! 😀

  3. this is first mealprep ive ever done. perfect start. its so tasty i had to do it again. its sweet, sour, spicy and so delicious. and probably as cheap as possible. great job! im so happy i came across ur yt channel Bobby! its such a gem, u deserve more followers.

  4. HI ! is there any meal prep for student that can't have the access to stovetop?
(have steamer, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven that doesnt have temp scale)
    THANKyou!

  5. What I would have given for this kind of food as a college student! In college my fav and cheapest, was angel hair pasta with a can a rotel and canned parmesan 🙂 Other than that, yeah boxed mac and cheese and ramen noodles. If I was feeling flush with cash, spaghetti and meat sauce! My husband would buy a bag of value sausages, a loaf of brown bread and brown sauce (he is from England:) — looks like college students are moving up in the world!!

  6. In college, I had two recipes. Keep in mind, I was using my mom's credit card to grocery shop. The first was shrimp and goat cheese quesadillas. The second was some amped up progresso new england clam chowder. I added shrimped tossed with garlic and then topped with parm. So good.

  7. Could I have a breakdown of calories and serving size for just turkey and carrots separate? Not a fan of the salad sadly and I know I will sometimes switch up the veggie so I would love a separate breakdown of just turkey and just carrots with suggested serving. Thanks in advance!

  8. Great meal prep!! I do a similar one but with different approach.
Basically, I buy chicken breasts and then ground them by myself with Ninja blender.
then add to ground chicken: onion, green peppers, and carrots all grounded by Ninja blender.
add salt, seasoning (mix arabic and american seasoning), garlic, black pepper, and low sugar ketchup, and free calorie b.b.q sauce.
then I cook it with low heat in a big pan for 20 to 30 mins without any oil.
it will be juicy and extremely delicious!! also, you feel full for at least 4 to 5 hours!

My meal will be like this:
    150g ground breast chicken
    126g white beans
    100g of salads
    100g of frozen vegetables

    Macros per meal:
    377 calorie
    53g Protein
    21g carbs
    10g fibers
    5g sugar
    6g fat

  9. Hey Bobby just found your channel and I love it!! Just had a question, would I be able to bake the kebabs in the oven? If so, how long and at what temp would you recommend I do so?

  10. Dude wtf! YOU and your CHANNEL are awesome!!! damn good work! It always makes my day when I see someone have passion and put so much effort in something from the beginning (even when it's not immediately profitable). I hope you make your way and become big on youtube, because you and the quality of all your content and videos are deserve it! (sry If I made spelling mistakes, english isn't my native language) Great work and keep going, I'm happy to see more!

  11. This looks amazing! I have a couple questions: Are you including the nutritional content below each meal's video? And can all your meals go in the freezer? Thanks!

  12. I love that he gives alternatives to the spices and kitchen devices! I'm a college student and it's SO hard finding videos that show food that I actually can cook. most of the time I don't have the fresh ingredients or kitchen devices that say is needed. IMMA TRY THOSE CARROTS THEY LOOK BOMB!!!

  13. …Am I the only on who's going crazy because Bobby was on AND he WON Guy's Grocery Games (Food Network) AND he has a YT?!? No one? Hm, m'kay. …..

  14. I commuted for college, so I cooked a lot. My go to was chopmeat and eggs, my grandmas recipe… they are great hot and cold… and who doesn't love blueberry pancakes. Super easy to make a bunch then freeze in individual portions for a yummy breakfast….

  15. I subscribed to your channel and I'm glad I did😁 I have a teenager that has been a vegetarian for about two years.. My husband is a diabetic, and your channel has help me to get meals for my family. I try many of your meals and they are delicious 😋 😋 I really enjoyed this meal, I made extra kebab and frozen them for another day.. THANK YOU!!
