  2. Good protein bars are like rare gems! The perfect quick snack and great for fast low cal breakfasts! I'll have to check out the caramel ones right away! Right now I'm eating power bar caramel nut brownie bars and they're pretty damn good!

  3. I am not into body building and all but the info about the bars is useful. 2 birds 1 stone. They look tasty & provide protein quantity.

    & as far as Asians not tolerating dairy products. It's frustrating lol…
