Cycling is the best sport for leaning out and getting fit. Get a decent road bike. Get a proper fit on your road bike. Ride at talking pace.

  • i usually sleep with full belly by binging on fruits and go straight to bed to sleep but always feel so hungry in the morning and sometimes bloated . 🙁 but i guess that our body is not yet stopping digesting on foods. I used to worry so badly that i might gain weight with this kind of eating pattern snacking big on fruits before bed but it didn't so while we are sleeping it just keeps on working so I stopped worrying about eating fruits at night.

  • My mother in law is the same! She has restricted her whole life and been thin, but now she's lost a lot of muscle from aging and she thinks she's fat because she has a little pooch and flab. She goes on and on about how she never had to worry about gaining and now she can't lose it, and I've seen her practically starve herself and she still can't lose it. She sees how much me and my husband eat and thinks that we just have faster metabolisms (she's seen me yo-yo thousands of times, lol). The denial is so strong!
