commonly served in Bangladeshi weddings, big parties with roast, biryani, polao, rejala, kalia and other rich foods for digesting. It is very healthy and low calories. Some place its also called mint salted lassi. This borhani recipe is tested and no ingredients missing.
To make 1 litre of Borhani use the below ingredients.
Yogurt sour – 500 Gram
Water ( purified) – 500 Mili Litre
Green chilli paste – 1/4 quarter Tea spoon
( or take 1-2 pcs as size)
Mint leaves paste – 1/2 half spoon
White pepper ground – 1/2 half spoon
Black pepper ground – 1/2 half spoon
Mustared seeds powder – 1 Tea spoon
Sugar ( to taste ). – 4 Table spoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 half Tea spoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 half Tea spoon
Black salt ( bit-nun) – 2 Table spoon
Salt ( normal to taste ) – 1/2 half Tea spoon
Procedure to make borhani:
Place all the ingredients in a blender jug and blend for one or two minutes.

Keep in refrigerator to come cold. Then serve.
