Bodybuilding Meal: Healthy Turkey Stuffed Peppers
Hopefully you enjoy this recipe, putting a little twist on stuffed peppers. They are often times made with tomato sauces, bread crumbs, different cheeses etc. but I wanted to make a healthy version for you all to try out!
The ingredients used for the TOTAL Recipe are:
2 Medium Sized Bell Peppers
8oz. 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 Serving Black Beans (65g)
1/2 Serving Corn (62g)
1/2 Serving Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (14g)
1/2 Serving Fat Free Shredded Mozzerella Cheese (14g)
2 Servings Chipotle Salsa (64g)
