10 minute cardio workout
* complete 10 reps of each exercise & repeat he circuit as many times as you can in 10 minutes. Try not to rest at all 🙂 keep track of the rounds you get so you can try to beat it next time! Push yourself it’s only 10 minutes.

#1 high knee run in place
#2 jumping squat in to jump lunge
#3 ice skater
#4 lunge with front kick
#5 plank thrust with a pulse jump squat
#6 mountain climber
