INGREDIENTS: [ All burritos are wrapped in collard greens]
Burrito #1
Sauce – Raw butternut squash, pumpkin seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and lime juice.
Toppings – avocado, zucchini, cucumbers, onions, cherry tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers.

Burrito #2
Sauce – Brazilian nuts or avocado (if you are allergic to nuts), nutritional yeast, dry basil, garlic powder or fresh, onion powder or fresh, jalapeño, fresh cilantro, water, Lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Noodles: Kelp noodles or zucchini
Toppings: Avocado, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Burrito #3
Veggie Mix: Mushrooms, carrots, red bell pepper, green beans, jalapeño, zucchini, avocado and sweet corn.
Spices: Taco seasoning, pepper, salt, cumin, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
