– It’s kind of a throw in and taste as you go curry!
– Change up flavours or spices to suit YOUR own taste and add your desired veggies.
– You can add the spices in with the onions cooking or once the coconut milk is in. I like to do half/half.
– Add in lentils or tofu as well if you desire!

INGREDIENTS:
1 diced brown onion
1 minced garlic clove – add more if you desire
Splash of water – or use coconut oil for more flavour

3-4 tsp turmeric ground (I spelt it wrong in the video oopsies lol)
2-3 tsp paprika ground
1 tbsp garam masala
3 tsp cumin ground
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp ginger ground
1-2 tsp chilli ground – or use fresh chilli
1 tsp cinnamon ground
Pinch of himalayan rock salt
Pinch of crack pepper

1/2 Green capsicum and 1/2 red capsicum
5-6 Flat beans
1 small-medium broccoli head
1/4 – 1/3 cup frozen peas
400ml can organic coconut milk
Handful of fresh coriander
1/4-1/3 cup canned tomatoes – cherry tomatoes go really well
Cooked rice noodles or basmati rice

Top with fresh coriander, sesame seeds and lemon!
