This 1200 calorie diet plan had 45% protein, 35 % carbs and 20% fats, and had almost no carbs in the evening, 4-5 hours before going to bed.
Another great thing about this 1200 calories diet plan was that every 7 days I was allowed to double my carbs and honestly I ate cheesecake, pizza even pasta, and I still lost 15 pounds in a month. Aline explained that by eating more carbs once a week you increase your metabolism and you keep it fast.
Another thing… for these 3 weeks, I was a member of Aline’s weight loss Facebook group and I’ve met over 100 people who have followed Aline’s 1200 calorie meal plan and all lost an average of 3 to 5 pounds in a week, so I really think it will work for you as well.
